And we are so glad we did because we have had to make a claim with the recent flooding in Qld. While we had excellent cover, Lauren has been by our side the entire way supporting our claim and communicating with ease to our insurance company and ourselves to get things moving quickly and easily. The circumstances have been awful, but the service and insurance has been excellent.
