Morgan Insurance Brokers were such a professional, efficient company to deal with. Morgan made the whole insurance process easy. None of the time wasting on phones to insurance "middle men" who don't quite "get" it to your business needs.

Since the 2022 flooding in Brisbane, I have spent 1.5yrs negotiating/battling with my insurance providers. It is an unending nightmare. Lauren Spice from MIB is the first and only person who has taken the time to help me understand what coverage I need as I tackle my home rebuild.

I just added glass insurance and did some research on the best value.
Lauren from Morgan Insurance was the first to get back to me and she beat my insurance company's quote by $180 and they were with the same insurer Zurich.
She has been personable to deal with rather than waiting on the phone for up to 50 minutes with my current insurer. Definitely going to get her to quote all my other insurance policies once they expire.
Thanks for all your help and making it a human experience. Can't stand where we are heading with long waiting times on the phone and waiting forever for a email reply. Highly recommend!
