First time calling Morgan Insurance Brokers. Spoke with Charlene. Enquired about a 12 month cover. I explained I've added a few extra months just in case there are timing delays. Also explained reason for expected delays, would be weather, limited trades etc. Also explained majority of work had been completed so its just the last stretch to be completed. Her opinion was that the cost for the remaining work $30k max $50k was too low to justify a 12 months period and said it doesn't make sense to her for work to take 12 months to complete. I guess she doesn't understand that booking in concrete pouring is a 4 month wait. Installing a new patio is a 6 month wait. From my short telephone experience. I rate them a one star, based on the tone and lack of interest.
