Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating, she's friendly and easy to relate to so she makes you feel like a person and not just a number during stressful times. My experience has been great. I highly recommend her if you need an insurance broker - she really knows her stuff!

This is the second claim Lauren has assisted me with, she handled both claims from initial notification to finalisation always keeping me updated of the process and responding to any of my enquiries via sms or email in a timely manner ... thanks again Lauren
