Charlene from Morgans was nothing short of excellent. We had a very poor experience with our previous insurance provider and went to a broker hoping to get better service and quote for our Home and Contents insurance. Charlene was personable and knowledgeable and guided us expertly through the process with using a broker and then having the patience to answer our questions and make changes with no fuss or complication. Not only was Charlene's service excellent, but the quote also that Morgans sourced for us was better than our old insurer that had gone up by $1,000 and who disregarded our long service history with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Morgans Insurance Brokers and in particular Charlene. Thank you :)
