I had a complicated registration issue for an RV I'm importing from the United States. I went to 2 other brokers for help and nobody knew what was going on. I dropped by this office on my way home from work for a third opinion.
I was greeted with a big smile as soon as I walked through the door. This interaction was different right from the get go and I could tell the insurance agent really wanted to help me. He ended up asking his manager for assistance after I explained my situation.
The manager was delightful and was able to answer all of my questions confidently. I was even able to get a quote for an "insurance binder" in a few minutes.
