As I moved from Sydney, I was afraid of them as being a sole Hyundai dealer in area. What a surprise. They are so much better than big city's dealers who always try to rip their customer off (my experience only). Kind and good staff. Servicing as promised. Good courtesy bus service. What to complain? They don't wash your car which I don't care much.

Will never ever ever go back here. I was recently in the area seeing family and needed to get my car serviced. Firstly they told me my tyres were illegal and needed replacing (went to Bob Jane who told me they were fine) but then the next day I went to start my car and it wouldn’t turn on turns out I had a flat battery. Even though the invoice from them said that it had been checked and was all good they admitted they don’t actually do everything on the service. Terrible customer service, worst experience of my life. Avoid this place at all costs

Sales is atrocious no updates on on new cars bought things forgot to be done return visits at your own cost to have stuff done that was paid for upon purchase and it's not there fault always passing the buck
