My experience at Scuola Leondardo da Vinci so far has been amazing. The teachers are great and every member of the office staff is incredibly kind. They made me feel at home in Milan in no time. The activities they organize are a great way to meet people and discover the city. I initially planned to stay 3 weeks but have extended my stay because I'm enjoying it so much. I could not recommend it more to anyone wanting to learn Italian in Milan!

Attended the intensive class for three weeks (15 April to 3 May 2024). Was fortunate to have Sofi as my teacher. She is excellent, positive, motivated, relentless and beautiful. I made much progress. Absolute Empfehlung wenn man Italienisch lernen möchte! Die Online-Kurse sind wirklich sehr gut gestaltet- abwechslungsreich und interaktiv. Ich konnte sehr viel lernen und bin sehr glücklich darüber, diese Erfahrung gemacht zu haben. Grazie mille! :)

J'ai suivi un cours intensif de 3 semaines (20 lessons de 45 min. par semaine, soit 15 heures astronomiques par semaine). Ce cours a été très utile pour combler les lacunes en grammaire que j'avais, mais aussi très intéressant grâce aux discussions en classe et à notre professeur compétant et dynamique. De plus, j'avais des lessons supplémentaires personnelles - 45 min. par jour de cours sur la culture italienne et 1H30 par jour de cours de conversation sur des sujets divers. Les cours personnels étaient vraiment très utiles et agréables! J'ai appris beaucoup sur la littérature, le cinéma et l'actualité en Italie. De surcroît, mes deux professeurs individuels m'ont donné des conseils précieux sur les sites à visiter à Milano et aux alentours, de sorte que j'ai pu profiter au maximum de mon temps libre pour découvrir cette ville belle, étonnante et diverse. En ce qui concerne l'administration de l'école, le personnel a été très coopératif et correct. L’école a organisé et exécuté avec facilité un programme très chargé et a ainsi répondu sans aucune difficulté aux exigences de la Cour de justice de l’UE quant au nombre d'heures requises. Pour récapituler, j'aimerais recommander fortement la Scuola Leonardo da Vinci Milano à toute personne souhaitant améliorer ses connaissances en langue italienne.

I had an incredible experience at the school, originally signed up for only 4 weeks but ended up adding an additional 4 weeks cause I loved it so much and plan on adding more in the future. Typically you take a small placement exam and on the first day have a brief conversation in person to see which level you would be placed in but if you wanted to move up or down, they are very flexible with that. All the teachers are wonderful and really get you speaking right away from day 1. We of course also focus on reading, writing, grammar and listening but the most valuable aspect on the school is the speaking component because we are to speak either in small groups or in front of the class on a large variety of topics. The weekly school activities planned by Silvia are also excellent, they include tours from all different museums, galleries, historical sites around milan, to food related activities like gelato, pasta, aperitivo etc, to concerts at the scala or even soccer games. They are all fun experiences to continue to immerse yourself in the Italian language but also to learn about the culture and history of Italy. I am so glad I signed up for the school and cant wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my time studying Italian at Scuola Leonardo in Milan. I studied for 5 weeks both the standard course as well as the preparation course for the B1 level citizenship exam. I don’t know if I would have passed the exam if I had not have taken the preparation course so I highly recommend it for anyone sitting the exam. Both courses were engaging and relevant, with excellent teachers who provided us with interactive activities to learn and enjoy the process at the same time. The school offers many free or cheap social and cultural activities so I felt like I finished the experience with amazing memories of the city of Milan and all it has to offer. I would highly recommend this school to anyone considering studying Italian.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Scuola Leonardo da Vinci in Milan. The course material is contemporary and engaging,, the teachers are highly competent and made the lessons informative and entertaining, and the administration team is friendly and responsive. Although I was one of the older participants (in my 50s) I did not feel out of place in my group (level A2) as my classmates were equally committed to learning, so the group dynamic was respectful, motivated, and full of good humour. All classes have common break times, so I also had opportunities to meet students of all ages and from many parts of the world. I can highly recommend this language school.

Hice el programa Dolce Vita durante dos semanas en Octubre y lo recomiendo al 100%. Aprendí y practiqué mucho mi italiano con mi profesora Ida, que es magnífica y hace las clases muy amenas, y conocí mejor Roma, sus lugares, su comida, su historia y; sobre todo su cine de la mano de Francesca, nuestra super coordinadora, Marta, nuestra guia, los tours mas "callejeros" de Mónica y las maravillosas y super interesantes masterclasses de cine de Anna María. Hice amigos, pasé unos días estupendos y mejoré significativamente mi Italiano. El plan de Dolce Vita está lleno de actividades divertidas e interesantes, no tienes tiempo de aburrirte ni un minuto, el personal es GENIAL y la escuela está en una ubicación inmejorable. Gracias Francesca, Ida, AnnaMaria, Marta y Mónica por poner tanto esfuerzo y tanto cariño en este programa. Volvería a hacerlo sin dudar!!!

Great communication and responsiveness from my first inquiry to signing up and attending the course. The program is well designed and allows for a significant progress in the shortest amount of time possible. My instructor/teacher has been helpful, engaged, and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone new to Italian.

La Scuola è spettacolare! il livello di istruzione è molto alto. Gli insegnanti sono fantastici e la mia conoscenza della lingua italiana è migliorata molto. Ho studiato per 4 settimane ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Ho conosciuto tanti amici e attraverso le attività extracurriculari mi sono divertita moltissimo!

Buen día .....De regreso en mi país después de casi 6 meses y con el corazón arrugado por haber dejado Italia. Solo me quedan palabras de agradecimiento a la Scuola Leonardo da Vinci Milano, que me ayudó a vivir una gran experiencia de vida. A las bellas chicas de la recepción, a mi linda profesora, al director... todos siempre con una palabra amable, una sonrisa y una paciencia infinita logran que todos sus alumnos extranjeros se sientan queridos y cuidados. Con paseos a bellos lugares, muchas actividades entretenidas y muy bien organizadas. Aprendimos a conocer su cultura, su idioma y compartir con compañeros de todas las edades y naciones. Je recommande fortement cette école. J’ai réalisé 3 mois de cours standards et j’ai pu énormément m’améliorer en italien. De plus, l’école organise des bonnes activités qui permettent de découvrir la ville de Milan et se faire des amis. Une expérience unique !

Amazing experience! My wife, daughter and I just took classes here for a month and can't wait to come back. The teachers are amazing and the teaching approaches were very effective - we're not all at the same level but we all learned a ton. Even one or two weeks of classes here would be well worth it. The administration and staff are very helpful and welcoming - we visited other schools and chose this one because of the helpfulness of the staff and the great location, and then were delighted by how useful and fun the classes were. Strongly recommended!

For me, this school was fantastic for building a solid basis in a language. I've been here for 4 months and I feel like I progressed significantly in Italian. I've had the pleasure to work with multiple teachers and everyone has something to offer, which is absolutely great if you are looking for a place to advance in a language, while interacting with students like you and learning about Italian culture (as well as getting some amazing tips about life in Milan from the teachers ^_^). Also, different weekly activities allow for better socializing with other students and offer a great cultural enrichment while staying in Milan. I would definitely recommend this school, no matter if you want a short course to understand the basic grammar, or a long-term one in which you can become friends with a lot of people and get to know all the in depth details of the lovely Italian language. I recently completed 5 weeks of Italian classes at Ciao Italy in Turin. I had an amazing experience and I learned so much. For the Italian classes there is a great mix of learning new grammar, continual review to reinforce lessons learned, time to talk and use the the language, fun lessons about Italy and Italian culture. In addition to language classes, I also signed up for art history classes. Each week the teacher, (who is a licensed tour guide!) had a different topic like the Liberty Movement in Italy, the Baroque movement in Turin, the Italian Unification History, and so much more. We spent time studying the key points about these topics and then moved the classroom into the streets, churches, and museums of Turin to dive into the history you can see all around you. The experience made my time in Turin and Italy more meaningful. AND, all of this was done in Italian so the language learning kept on going with topics that were so fun and meaningful to me. All the teachers I worked with and the staff of the school were so wonderful. They really love what they do and I felt like they really cared about my education and experience. I look forward to returning next year to continue my language proficiency. Thank you to the whole team at Ciao Italy. My time with you all was an absolute joy! Abbracci, Carlo
