She listens and really knows how to make your hairstyle from words to a haircut you will like.
I've suffered with bad haircuts here in Phoenix, but I drive all the way from midtown to visit Cindy E.

Great salon and love the interior! I can play pool while I wait and have a beer?! Why not!? They have stylist here for men but I got the barber named Pablo and he does a great 0 skin fade! Also the other stylist were very friendly and informative on how to take care of my hair. Will definitely be coming back!!!!

Glen and the staff at The Boardroom are easily the best in the Scottsdale area. After trying a few other, more expensive spots, I won't be going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and come in for the transformational executive cut.
The space is clean and comfortable, and they offer complimentary drinks. I can't recommend The Boardroom enough.

Teresa has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and is awesome. She gives a great hand massage as part of the benchmark haircut, and styles my hair exactly the way I need it every time. Best stylist I've ever had!
