We had to book and wait a few weeks but finding anyone to look at a non functioning A/C in December is nigh on impossible anyway.
The communication was excellent. Payment up front for the first hour was required (and again, I had no issue with this).
The arrived at 7.30am on the quoted day and was thorough, polite and professional. He explained and showed me the fault and guided me thru options.
Ultimately we need to replace the unit and upon receiving a very reasonable quote we have now booked them to have the new unit installed (and the old one removed).
So far, apart from the initial wait - which is just part of life), we are very happy with the professionalism and service.
