We’ve used Jaric Air Conditioning three times over the past year, and every experience has been outstanding. The team is consistently professional, friendly, and clearly highly trained.
Each of our three split system installs went smoothly. The techs arrived right on time—or on the one occasion there was a delay, they called well ahead with an accurate ETA. On our last install, Matt and Dom replaced a large, very old unit, and they were in and out and done with polish in no time.
On each install with different technicians, workmanship has always been top-notch. Units are placed perfectly, wiring outside is neat and tidy, and they always leave the area spotless. They’ve even made small improvements (like tidying up old wiring or installing isolation breakers) at no extra cost.
Pricing is competitive and very fair, especially for the high quality of work. What they quote is exactly what you pay—no hidden surprises.
Even when we hit a snag (during the holiday season) with a bit of mix-up around cost for an attempted repair that became an install, the owner John Rica responded to my email quickly, addressed all my concerns, and even offered a goodwill gesture on the next job.
There’s a reason we’ve gone back to Jaric three times. We’ll absolutely use them again—and would recommend them without hesitation.

From first contact at the office the whole experience was fantastic excellent communication arranged install within two days and the two young men who carried out the install was very polite and very efficient worked in with my wife who works from home.
Once job was completed the area was cleaned and all materials removed from old AC

We engaged Jaric Air Conditioning and Electrical to assess a potential issue with the air conditioner at one of our investment properties. It turned out the existing unit likely wasn’t worth repairing due to the costs involved, but Jaric offered a well-priced replacement that happened to be on sale.
The install team—Flynn and Finn—did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit, installed the new one efficiently, and were considerate, clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also took the time to walk us through the system and made sure everything suited our needs.
Despite the cold weather and what I imagine is still a busy season, Jaric were able to supply and install the system quickly. They were also very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again across other properties. Five out of five—easily recommended to friends, colleagues, or anyone managing investment properties.
