The team arrived as scheduled and went straight to work. They were courteous and professional as they installed our ducted air-conditioning, additional units and several other electrical jobs . Spending time at the end to explain the equipment and ensure we were satisfied with the work, also making sure the work areas were cleaned up before theye left.
A job well done and I will use them again .

This is the third aircon installed with Jaric over last 3 years. Very happy with result. So you can find a cheaper installer but in my view they are still are good value for money as they did exactly what I wanted. For All three installs I wanted the outside units all placed down a hidden spot requiring a long 15m approx connection to outside condenser. They installed it and the route the way I wanted and drain pipe to location exactly where I wanted it. They even fixed the drain pipe on an existing air con while here, as a freebe. Really happy with these guys. Would use again.

They also provided us advice a few years back to put in a return in the ceiling to address an issue with our AC design which worked brilliantly. We had another air conditioner installed by Jaric Group this year and decided on getting a larger unit for the loungeroom/dining area; We were once again very pleased with the workmanship and friendly service we received. The two young installers were great and easy to talk to. As well, Jaric's quote was cheaper than 2 other quotes. Highly recommend this company

Great service, gave us a time range, showed up, the serviceman Nick carried out an inspection and diagnosed the problem very quickly, and then took alook at another unit and told us that it was working perfectly. Couldnt be happier with the service. By way of update, part was ordered and installed, everything covered by warranty, that you Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for a painless process. Again, showed up when they said did the work and now I have cool air again, thank you, 5.5 stars

Got them out to clean and service our existing split system, and to quote an extra air con and some additional electrical outlets. The technician was super friendly and left everything spotless. ✨
They were super-fast with the written quote and able to schedule an install almost immediately!
The installation crew was just as awesome—friendly and professional and even though our old house threw some curveballs, they did a great job and were able to work a solution that looks and works perfectly. We're super happy with the results.
Would 100% use them again. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service and the lads did a fantastic job in identifying and rectifying the problem with my split unit A/C. Even went to the extend of cleaning up before they left. Would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their skills.

We had Jayden come out this morning. I had booked in a hygiene clean on our split system but didn't realise there was something else wrong. Jayden explained his concerns and promptly got a quote to troubleshoot the issue. We went ahead with pressure testing the unit and he was able to find a leak, fix it (initial installer error) and then regas and retest our unit. Jayden was helpful and explained everything clearly so that we could make an informed decision regarding next steps. Thank you so much!

We've just had 3 split system air conditioners installed at our house, and we are impressed with Jaric. The office responds quickly to queries, and the quote was very detailed so we knew exactly what was proposed. The installers were fantastic - on time, nice people, gave detailed explanations and did a super neat job. Happy to recommend.

Once again i have used Jaric air conditioning and once again so happy with the service .
I use Nick who has become a person i know i can trust with his recommendations and his work ethics ,he truly embodies the word tradesman .Today i got introduced to Nicks new trainee Isaak who i am sure with Nicks guidance will become my back up guy if heaven forbid i cant get Nick .Anyway have no fear with this company it is a truly professional lot of dedicated people. One small extra the new girl Jessie is a rising start and i can remember her name easy as its the same as my daughter ,thanks Jess for your scheduling and billing expertise .
