Alex was the Tech who carried out the work, he completed the swap over in under two hours, leaving No mess at all.
Totally professional and very competent work.

Dan was fantastic! He was running a little late due to a previous job being more than he expected, but kept in touch the entire time. He told me whatever it took, he would be there today. That meant a lot seeing as how I dedicated the day for Jaric to come and come they did! He lucked out that it was an easy one and deserves credit for his dedication. I know who to call for future A/C needs!

... With the sudden onset of summer (remembering its technically winter and spring hasn't yet started) I knew i couldn't put it off any longer.... the A/C remote that went mysteriously missing after a grandchildren visit had to be replaced.
after several frustrating attempts with various sellers of the units I could not solve my problem (I am still waiting for the manufacturer to get back to me).
Today I discovered JARRIC GROUP. Unbelievable service. Claudia who greeted me and actually listened to me, set about trying to help me find the best and cheapest option, however, being technologically disabled, I went for the original that requires no pairing. they popped one out of an unopened unit and sold it to me ordering a replacement for themselves as they were totally empathetic to the temps predicted this weekend.
Sooo, this is a huge shout out to the best customer service, friendliest staff and total professionalism I have experienced from a local business.

We have recently had an obsolete 5 unit split system air con system replaced by Jaric Aircon & Electrical.Throughout the whole process, the Jaric Team delivered great service and support. Their quote was very competitive and to ensure installation was not delayed, they supplied an in-stock larger unit at no extra cost. The installer Dom and his off-siders were excellent, as were the Admin team in keeping us informed of progress status.There were no progress payments required and an invoice was only submitted after all work was completed.No hesitation in recommending Jaric.

We had Jayden & Bryson to our home today to install 6 smoke detectors & check one of our air conditioners...
They were just so helpful & polite ..completed their work & still spent time with me explaining some tips as to the maintenance of our air conditioners plus also checked our meter box for us.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough..especially the "Dynamic Duo" aka Jayden & Bryson !!

Two young men completed our 3 aircon units in an extremely professional and efficient manner . They problem solved as necessary, completed the job in reasonable time and did an excellent finish too with cleaning up after them selves. So impressed with their efforts ! Had 3 bedroom units installed over a 2 years ago, very happy with service and price. Then had main lounge room unit replaced, again very happy with price and service and had a bonus fan heater installed in the bathroom. Just recently my investment property required a replacement Air Con, contacted the team and within 10 days a suitable unit ware replaced at a great price and again awesome service. Always happy to pay a little more for better service.
