4 Days ago had posted a review only giving Jaric1 star but since the posting the issue had been resolved with Jaric electrical and have found the company to be responsive to the issues that had arisen through miscommunication by their staff. I would be happy to use Jaric again if any further electrical work was required at my home PLEASE DISREGARD REVIEW BELOW AS ISSUUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED REFER ABOVE Recently had organised external electrical to be done was initially advised they would attend between 2 and 4 pm was called to say they were running late and when I called latter to find out where they were was told on the way crew arrived at 530 pm to do external light installation First job was completed in the dark with one crew using his phone light so other tradie could join electrical wires together as there were 3 other external jobs to be done and not being happy as no lights in house and not wanting external work done by phone light told crew not to carry on Asked could it be finished following day crew said they could be back at 8 next morning only for me to have to make phone call to find out where they were office informed me that crew shouldn’t have made promise as they had to attend another job was offered someone to attend n the arvo even though explained no one home then and I I had made arrangements with crew the night before Office informed me that it was my fault for canceling job onsite as the crew would have done all external work that night for me even though it meant family sitting in dark till completed and I presume the work being done by phone light Have gone with another local tradesman and very happy PLEASE NOTE HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD 2 AIRCONS INSTALLED BY JARIC AND SERVICE FROM THIS SIDE OF THE COMPANY EXTREMELY PROFFESSIONAL shame the electrical side lets the firm down
