I had an air conditioning unit installed in January this year. I was very happy with the technicians who carried out the work. They were polite and professional.
When some maintenance was required in September this was carried out by a different technician with the same polite and professional service.
I was impressed by the integrity of the company - the work was carried out as a warranty job without fuss.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the excellent communication with customers. Replies are quick via direct email, the website form or by phone.

These guys were recommended by my parents, they gave a professional service, other companies charge 4x the price for same service. Highly recommended you clean your aircons yearly. The gunk that came out must be bad for our health. Booking online is easy and you can see what they charge no hidden call out fee's. Good job Total Air see you in a year

Rich (Owner) has gone above and beyond to make sure that our previous installation and issues have been rectified.
A massive thank you to Rich and the team at Total Air Conditioninng for the professional and undertanding way they have resloved this situtation.
It has been fantastic to deal with a WA owned and operated family business who care about the service they provide and their customers.
