Great prices but more importantly great service. The team were more than happy to take the time to give me advice on which tent would best suit my needs. Now used the tent twice already and it has lived up to what was promised.

Great Store. Huge Range and the sort of advice that a novice needs. Very friendly staff who were more than happy to let me browse, but were around when I needed some help. Purchased a tent and was able to put it on 6 months interest free. Couldnt rave more about them

Lots of great camping gear and accessories. Staff were lovely and helpful. We went there to see set-up and compare two different, expensive family tents we are looking at buying. Unfortunately they only had 3 tents set-up there, not the ones were were looking at. We ended up having to go to another camping store where they had a large range of tents set-up and they also specifically had the two we wanted to compare, side by side! So unfortunately we couldn't do business this time around. We wouldn't hesitate to drop again if we're in the neighborhood.

Spent $300 on camping equipment and initial experience was excellent. Friendly staff and good advice. One item was faulty however and when trying to return I must have come in on a bad day. Was met with indifference and disinterest despite it being faulty and not a change of mind. A disappointing experience.

Great staff and great products. Just too bad they put it all together in a hot shed that cooks you alive the moment you walk in on a hot day.
Simply unacceptable for any retail business that actually takes themselves seriously to provide such an inadequate and borderline cruel shopping environment for their customers. No windows, no fans and the small AC units that do work I am told are barley capable of taming anything over 25C. Yet alone a week long heat wave of high 30s and 40s.
I would hate to think how cold it gets in winter being a tin can with no insulation!
What a horrible place to work. The staff are doing a great job to keep high spirits and friendly service despite the miserable working conditions.

Parking at their location isn't the best but the store has a good selection of all types of hiking and or camping equipment.
Definitely recommend doing a price search for your equipment before purchasing.

Poor sales service there for 20 minutes at the tents looking no one asked if we needed help... so I bought online instead...

Prob has good stuff. Used online reserve system, staff didn't check.. sent message they'd sold item i wanted after i arrived and asked about it. :( suggested buy online but freight is $20 - 40 more than competitors.
Didn't really seem to care about service, laughed the whole mistake off and couldn't tell when stock would be in. Disappointing.

Decent service, Expect to have every staff member come one by one, and ask if you need help. Good prices. Had one staff member bash Engels name to try and sell me a Weaco fridge, I ended up buying an Engel, elsewhere.
