Poor sales service there for 20 minutes at the tents looking no one asked if we needed help... so I bought online instead...

Prob has good stuff. Used online reserve system, staff didn't check.. sent message they'd sold item i wanted after i arrived and asked about it. :( suggested buy online but freight is $20 - 40 more than competitors.
Didn't really seem to care about service, laughed the whole mistake off and couldn't tell when stock would be in. Disappointing.

Decent service, Expect to have every staff member come one by one, and ask if you need help. Good prices. Had one staff member bash Engels name to try and sell me a Weaco fridge, I ended up buying an Engel, elsewhere.

Good supply of equipment. Maybe hire some employees who actually go camping
