In my life I’ve sold several homes and I believed one real estate agent was the same as the next as long as I negotiated down the commission. Boy was I wrong. Iryna and Alexander came in like a world wind. They told me what furniture could stay and what had to go in order to make my property look it’s best. They then helped to clean it and brought in beautiful wall pictures and rugs and accessories so it became more attractive. In addition they had the condo professionally measured so a proper plan could be drawn up as well as having the most beautiful photographs taken. By the time they were finished I didn’t want to leave. They combined all of this with a marketing plan that got me attention I never thought possible. Using social media and brochures they created a frenzy that brought 6 possible offers and 2 real ones on the first day. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and involved on a daily basis. My place sold well over asking.
