This software by far the best I have ever used it replaced 3 other softwareS for me, I used skipio for blast messaging yet couldn't integrate it with my social media marketing I had to buy into a Lead owl for an extra $97 to get my integration part of it. another fee paid for is that I use to use survey monkey to get feedback from my clients. now I use one software FIT PRO TRACKER for all of the above and way more with a fracture of the payments that I used to pay. it is super easy to use and the customer support is the best I have ever experienced Antonio J Olander has been there for me when I ever I needed hands-on help... don't think about it & just get it if you are a personal trainer or gym owner... HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Fit Pro Tracker was a game changer for us. We converted from a gym franchise that gave no guidance to a new franchise in June 2018. Our new franchise made us change CRM's twice within 4 months. We, therefore, went through 3 CRM changes with member and lead data all over the place. Fit Pro Tracker helped us organize all our lead, trial, and member data in one place and allowed my team to be coordinated with tasks and communication. We have now automated so many of our processes that admin time has been cut and leads and members do not get lost in the shuffle. My staff loves how easy it is to use and if there is a question about communication with a lead, the entire team can see the workflow.
