We were requiring the installation of a number of power points, the relocation of others, installation of six down lights as well as installation of a new safety switch on the existing power circuit. From the start, the team of HOTT Electrics were efficient, courteous, reliable, friendly, as well as very professional. We received good advice from Dylan who came to give us the reasonable, value for money quote. Jarvis and John arrived on the organised date and time to start the work. They were both pleasant and courteous, working well together to complete the tasks, including the clean-up. Jarvis also provided advice with regards to additional safety switches, which we undertook. Dealt with Jett who provided prompt and efficient service. He was friendly and did a great job - showed great attention to detail and went about his work in a pleasant manner. Jett communicated at all stages of the fix (fault finding, id issue and have a time line for repair) Returned to repair the AC and did so. With a fantastic result. He left the areas he worked in clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will definitely give him a call for any further work needed.

Hott electrics replaced our old hardwire smoke alarms that would not stop beeping. Matt took the job on short notice (within the hour) and was so friendly & professional and had the job done efficiently. Would definitely recommend :)

Really good service and quality products. Jett and his team quoted the work efficiently, then installed 4 x Carrier split system air conditioners for us, removing 3 units which were over 30 years old. The team were helpful and courteous and set the units up for us with wi-fi connectivity. Would definitely recommend Hott Electrics for air conditioning work.

Great service from the Jarvis today. We had a leaking roof in the last heavy rains and kept loosing power to some areas of the house. Jarvis was very informative and helpful and disconnected the power to the lights in the room affected while repairs are done. Feel much safer. Will definitely be calling Hot Electrics back to reconnect everything when repairs are finished. He had some great tips for lighting in the rest of the house too.

Hott Electrics were very professional from the start. They explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable and re assured about what we were receiving for the installation and what would work for our situation at home. They were not forceful about making us obligated to go with Hott Electrics and advised us to get more quotes to make us feel comfortable about what Hott Electrics were offering for our installation. Since the system was installed which is a 13.2 kw system we are not using any energy off the grid from when the sun comes up till the sun goes down. The system generates 4 times the load that I use and directs it back into the grid just amazing workmanship and installation. I will definitely be using Hot Electrics again for any future Solar installs and I have recommended Hot electrics to all our friends. Matthew from Hott Electrics was just fantastic to talk to and all the boys were very neat and tidy when installing our solar. The cable and smart meter installation was very neat and tidy also. A huge thank you to Scott and the team at Hot Electrics, number 1!!

Huge thanks to Brandon, John and Callum for installing sensor lights and a number of extra power points throughout the house. Even the challenge of having to climb up into the ceiling to thread cables down wall cavities didn’t deter these guys from doing the most efficient and professional job. Afterwards, they tidied up after themselves to the degree that you wouldn’t even know any work had been done. Friendly, obliging, polite, turned up exactly at the time they stated. Cannot give enough praise to the job these guys have done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

HOTT Electrics provided excellent service from start to finish. My preferred time for booking an electrician was easily catered for. I received 3 "follow up" texts. One - to confirm the booking, the second on the morning of the day the service was going to be provided and lastly, the Electrician, Matt texted me just prior to his arrival. Matt provided excellent service. Clearly communicating throughout the service and explaining the reasons, (legislatively as well as from a safety point of view). Good, "old fashion" service. I would like to highly recommend Jarvis from HOTT Electrics. He came over to give me a quote on a few things. He came on time and was very helpful in explaining what the best options were.
