Hott Electrics Wollongong were fantastic. The whole process from a quote up to completion of works was excellent. All of the contractors were very polite and professional. They all explained everything that was needed to be completed, why and the process in which it was to be done. Team, including for the original quote, all turned up on time when they were meant to. No hidden costs or fees, everything was itemised and calculated for, costs being explained in detail. Shout out to Reagan and Zack for the electrical works and upgrades inside the house and the meter box upgrades, very professional and informative. Great work ethics and cleaned up any mess. Shout out to Jett and his offsider (I forgot their name) for the air conditioner removal and installation of new one, were very professional and informative as well. They cleaned up any mess, moved anything back that had to be moved out if the way and left my place the way it was before they came. Jett showed me how to program the new units remote before he left and answered any questions I had. Very professional all round. Very happy customer. HOTT Electrics were fantastic from the booking in process until job completion. Highly professional. On time. Their booking process was flawless. Communication was outstanding , even to the point where you get a message telling exactly how long they will be and you can track them. We used HOTT Electrics to move our alarm box to another local of the house. These guys (Dav & team) were top-notch, it was not an easy job especially for the young guy who was in our roof space for over an hour trying to pull the wires through, as the wires were extremely difficult to get too (which wasn't his fault) but persevered thought the extremely heat up there and we take our hats off to him. We had some issues at the end and Dav never gave up to fix the problem he went above and beyond and never gave up on the issues till it was completely fixed. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job to a very high standard. They explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We couldn't be happier with their services. The customer service was exceptional and kept us updated throughout the entire process.
