These guys highly enough I removed my oven door and for the life of me couldn’t get it back on properly Matthew and an apprentice.. sorry can’t remember his name were out within only a few hours of my call, With myself trying to get the door back on I’d done some damage, they fixed the issue with the least expense to me they explained everything about what they planned to do, explained all costs They were extremely thorough and professional even down to tidying up the kitchen floor when I insisted just to leave it. Matt came round this morning bright and early to install a phone socket for me an my partner. He was in and out in 45 mins and gave us a very fair price! Very happy with how polite, efficient and neat he was. Hopefully he wins that beer!

Very impressed with HOTT Electrics! With a newborn in the house, losing power late at night (in winter) was very stressful and trying to find an emergency electrician who works after hours was even more stressful. The team at HOTT Electrics were very responsive! Giving us lots of advice and working very quickly (with a 2 year old following closely behind). We were given options along the way to make the call-out more affordable but ended up just getting the problem fixed straight away as the electrician who came was very efficient, friendly and had great knowledge! Would definitely recommend to others!

I’ve just had Matt over, communication was on point, called to confirm prior to arrival, and nothing was a hassle, he explained any of our concerns and rectified everything we had requested, he was very professional and will definitely call him back out once we renovate the kitchen or require any other electrical works. 5 star service

Great work and Great attitude

Matt and the team came out last Thursday for an emergency call out, they fixed the problem highlighting some repairs that needed to happen quite quickly. He explained the need for some updates to some safety switches and other items and I was given a couple of options to go with. We organize the worked to occur and Matt with his team came out again discussing everything that needed to happen, making sure I was communicated with effectively. The team were neat and organized, cleaned up after themselves, I’ll be organizing Hott Electrics to come out again soon to discuss some solar options and air con cleans. It's absolutely lovely to share a "wow" customer service experience. From quote to completion of our works which included the relocation of our power supply amongst other upgrades and additions, everyone was so easy to deal with! A special shout out to Matt and Regan who were punctual, so very polite, and they clearly explained all stages of the works to be completed "before" they started and kept me up to date throughout they day, the quality of their workmanship was excellent, A . Tidy up at the end of the day which often gets rushed or missed was also completed with the care undertaken in all other aspects of their work. A highly professional outfit, I highly recommend Hott Electrics.

I highly recommend Nick and Matt from Hott Electrics. Nick installed an air conditioner in our Airbnb and Matt installed wired smoke alarms. Matt also found the fault in our down lights that hadn’t been working for months and did a few other electrical jobs for us. I am very happy with their work and their professionalism. They explained all my options and kept me informed with their progress. They also cleaned up after themselves! Not many tradies do that these days. But on top of all that both Nick and Matt always greeted me with a big friendly smile and were patient and respectful. I will definitely use them again.

We had the Hott team install Solar to our property as we wanted licensed electricians undertaking the job. The team offered a great consultation over zoom, had great comms throughout and the work was competitively priced. They had to reschedule our installation due to poor weather (unsafe conditions) but were responsive throughout and prioritised our works following the delay. Other than that they are a friendly bunch which always helps!

The team did a great job

Matt and Jacob did a wonderful job installing our new pendant lights—professional, friendly, and precise. When we got the quote, Matt clearly explained what the job entailed and provided simple options for how to add the lights to an existing light switch. On the day of the job, they sent a text before arriving so we knew when to expect them, and when they finished they cleaned up after themselves. They even managed to squeeze in coming back on the same day when one of the antique lights stopped working due to its old wiring. Excellent service, would definitely use HOTT Electrics again.
