Matt, Ragan and Janice (?) installed lighting and power points in our garage today. They have done an outstanding job. The work is neat , and placements are exactly as requested. They cleaned up all the mess before they left. They are great communicators, are polite and professional. The work was charged as quoted. There were no nasty surprises. Hott Electrics responded promptly to our request for a quote on installing some ceiling fans. Our electrician Matt was great to deal with and provided advice on how to choose the best fan for our needs. We chose to go ahead with Hott for the installation and they made the whole process very simple. They also included an inspection of other electrical items in the house. Rebuilt house panel. Removed the old asbestos and installed safety switch and surge arrestor. Very happy with the work done. Would recommend them.

From a super fast response from inquiry via phone or email to a reminder of your appointment to a text before the appointment alerting you to estimated time of arrival. Your sparky is named so you know who to expect. All the guys are knowledgeable , so polite and respectful of your home, friendly and cheerful. Their work is fast and of a really high standard. Post appointment they send a text asking if you are happy with the service, followed by more contact a few months later. We initially used them to investigate a NBN wiring issue then used them again last month for home security. Cannot recommend them more highly. Was totally shocked by their amazing service.
