This was an incredible streamlined process. I was very impressed with the simplicity and transparency. The customer service was great. Someone answered the phone every time I called, even when I accidentally called after hours due to the time change. I started out very skeptical, but it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I know how overwhelming asset based lending can be for new Real Estate Investors. There are so many nuances involved with the lending process in general, so unconventional lending can be scary. With so many asset based lenders available it’s hard to know if you’re making the right choice. Madi Martin and Bri Rich assisted my partner and I with (in my opinion) a pretty strange situation. I am employed on a W2 but my business partner is not, he owned a home outright that we wanted to cash out refi and deed to our business. I was so scared we wouldn’t be approved based on our finances, on paper, but Madi and Bri came through with PARAMOUNT and unparalled communication… they made it SO easy it literally seemed to good to be true, until my funds processed into my business account this morning. 10/10 recommend their services and we will be back!
