To whom it may concern. On the 4rd of January 2025 I walk into Rite Way car dealership very stressed, sad, afraid l was greeted by the most amazing person by the name of Nicolas. This young man was so kind . Nicolas was very much knowledgeable about his work. Nicolas was also very professional, he made sure as a customer he made me feel very comfortable and carried for . I was shopping for a new car not sure how this situation would go. Nicolas and I started the process at about 12:30 he was due to be off of work at 3:00 well that didn’t happen and it very well could have . He could have said ( Well Mrs. Frost I’m off at 3:00 can we finish this deal on Monday or whatever ) . But he didn’t this wonderful young man got my deal finished got me in a better car than I was even excepting and not only that he got me a better auto insurance policy than the one that I had . Long story short Nicolas at Rite Way on Route 4 on Dixie High . Is a wonderful young man the best at what he does and more importantly he cares . I would honestly feel this way car or not.
