Steve and Ryan were joys to deal with. I was not completely sure about purchasing here at 1st but needles to say I rolled away from Rightway in a brand new Hyundai Elantra 23. They never made me feel uneasy or uncertain at all and at this moment I'm overjoyed about my purchase. Prayerfully that doesn't change and I'll be for sure purchasing from them again when it's time to upgrade. 3days in.

We went to purchase a 2015 ford explorer xlt the first day was okay long wait but owner and Co manager was good liked them. Ryan awesome but then a week later because one person messed up the paperwork I guess bye doing too much the deal didn't get funded so I had to return the suv and I was not a happy camper about that. When a person that works in a field try to do to much and act like someone else no taking their time in everyone else business these kinds of mistakes going happen. Like I said you wanna get a vechile from here deal with Ryan, Robert, Steven, And Sam they will get it done and not have screwed up your paperwork that results in your deal going South. So there leaves one. And paperwork work got screwed up because she wasn't paying attention of what she had on my paperwork. Not pleasant at all. So the next day after I had to return vechile I went and got a 2020 ford explorer xlt with the works . So the commission she would had made she didn't. But overall Ryan, Sam, awesome I recommend dealing with them them

Drives beautifully, absolutely no issues and I even had to go back the day after I left for a bad wheel bearing. They replaced it no charge. Right way Auto Sales is definitely the right way to go when you’re looking for a car!!
