Rob Francis was great and very helpful and the nicest guy

Had the car not even a full month and having issues with the car I purchased. I had an agreement with Sam before I even agreed to keep the car or take it off the lot that they would fix the front end. Two weeks after they finally say we will fix it after I tell the bank I'm taking it back. Now no car and they haven't even made an attempt to call me and tell me what is going on.

Rob was a lifesaver for us! We may have been a complex case but he did not make us feel like so and in the end got us into a truck that we didn’t think in a million years would happen! So grateful for the team at Right Way!
