Hands down BesCutter has the best technical support of any equipment manufacturer I have ever dealt with. I recently was employed with Graffix, who has a BesCutter engraver. I was told the previous operator has so many problems with the machine and was a little apprehensive. However, when I called for a re-set-up, they were punctual with communication and very transparent with the information. I was able to speak with Daniel, who guided me through the initial setup and giving me crucial information that allowed me to dial in the laser. We are getting cuts now that we have not had before shaving off a crazy amount of rework time. I have used various other lasers and BesCutter is just as good as any other high end brands. If you purchase a BesCutter, know that you won't be left in the dark and your production will benefit because of it. Thank you, Daniel!

Couldn't be happier with our machine purchase. We purchased a 3k 5x10 enclosed table fiber laser with shuttle table. The whole process from the sale, delivery, installation, and machine performance has been great. The techs were really wonderful at setting up the machine. We have been using the machine for about 6 months and the techs are always available via WhatsApp day or night to help answer questions for us and help us get great cut quality. The machine has been running about 6-8 hours per day. So happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Bescutter for sheet metal lasers.

Bescutter lasers do the same job as the name brand lasers for a fraction of the cost, I have owned Trumpf and Amada lasers in the past, the Bescutter laser is just as productive. The service is top notch and parts are reasonably prized. I highly recommended the Bescutter Fiber lasers.

I have a 3000kw fully enclosed bescutter laser and the loading arm and it has exceeded my expectations. Sumeing the owner is great to work with . He's fast at responding and great to work with. Jaun the tech that was sent to me to help with installation was the best tech I have ever worked with. Very smart and worked very hard to get everything I needed. To this day if I need help with anything they are there for support. I looked at different fiber lasers and im so thankful that I went with bescutter. If you have any doubt about this company about purchasing a laser or anything please let me highly encourage you to do business with them because you will not be disappointed.

Daniel with Tech Support rocks! This man spent all day going through my software to get me up and running. Best part is I bought the unit used. They did not even care about that. The product works excellent and they showed that not only do they stand behind their products they took the time to teach me what I was doing wrong and also gave me info outside of my issue so I can use the product better.
