If you're lucky enough to have Jasmine as your sales rep, you'll feel confident that your order will turn out exactly as intended. They took my "artwork" (having used a text box in Publisher, saved as a PNG file) and recreated it so it would be clean. She kept me informed and updated and helped me make the best choices for my shirt project. The shirts were delivered on time and as ordered.

Such a great company. It was my first time customizing a shirt, and I was nervous that they weren't going to be able to capture what I wanted, but the representative who I was working with did an amazing job with communicating with me and accommodating all my requests. The shirt turned out exactly as I had imagined. Great service, I will definitely use them in the future.

We will absolutely recommend Underground Printing to anyone! They provide excellent quality products and the print details are proving very durable as well. We ordered work shirts just last year from a very popular on-line shirt company, and obviously, we already needed brand new ones - the printing started to fade very quickly and stains would not come out nearly as well as the ones we have ordered from Underground Printing! They have EXCELLENT Customer Service - are very Knowledgeable - Patient - and had our orders sooner than what was expected!
