Underground Printing did an excellent job with class sweatshirts for my students. Michael was professional, efficient, and great to work with. They were able to give us a high quality hooded sweatshirt and design for a fraction of the cost of other companies. The design was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We got the sweatshirts in a timely manner and the payment process was quick and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone and I had a great experience!

We pleaced an two orders, both for our sorority recruitment. Chris worked with me personally to make sure that the first of my orders was within budget, but still had the image that we had hoped for! With the second order, we were trying to match a set of shirts that had already been made by a different vendor. When the shirts came in, they were different than the originals and I was afraid that I would have to order a whole new set of shirts, but instead they provided us with enough to fulfill our needs at no cost! I cannot believe that they would do something like that for me just because they value my business. I eternally grateful for how understanding and helpful they were to me, and I will be going to them for all of my printing needs in the future. :)

Underground Printing prepared all of the giveaways my company and I needed for a 300 person conference. This included drawstring bags, pens, notepads, water bottles, and t-shirts. We had a large order and a limited budget, but working with UGP allowed us to get quality products without overspending.The staff was BEYOND helpful in creating a design for each product, allowing us to make edits to their designs, and even working with different promotional companies to ensure us that our products would be ready before the "Absolutely Need By:" date. The staff made accommodations for me to pick the products up after normal operating hours due to my work schedule.
The products looked fantastic; our participants, youth and adults, loved them. The service cannot be beat. The turnaround time on our entire order was prompt, which meant no last minute scrambling on our end!
Our conference will look to Underground Printing in the future :)

The staff at Underground Printing are extremely helpful and prompt in their email replies. They answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and assisted with my custom screen print design and order. The shirts turned out fabulously and looked even better than I imagined. The fabric is soft and the exact color that they looked online. The image is clear and each shirt looks perfect. The entire order was done 3 days before my deadline which was very convenient!

I have worked quite a bit with Underground Printing this past year, and they are fantastic to work with! Any time I had questions or concerns someone was always there to help me. Designing products was easy, cost efficient, and quick! I have no complaints with this company and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for custom clothing, whether it be a basic order of t-shirts or an extensive order of multiple products (like I had).
