Their office is really nice. The receptionist was particularly pleasant and helpful. I waited less than five minutes before being shown to a room. Sarah did the initial check-in and then Amanda came in to discuss how I've been doing and check my incision. I felt very well taken care of and they seem to be sincerely concerned about my wellbeing.

My visits to MD West one clinic Council Bluffs are always very satisfactory. I’ve never had to wait very long and today we got there so early that they called us in early and we left there before our actual apartment time. I saw Amanda today and she was polite nice and I had a very comfortable appointment and visit with her. I would certainly highly recommend MD West one.

Didn't wait to get. Receptionist was very personable. She is just a nice person. The checkin was great. The exray team was great and my assistant Doctor was Great. She found the problem quickly after two exrays and set up with physical therapy and treatment with steroids. Fantastic job with A Great bedside manners. Thank You

I had knee surgery 2 months ago and somehow twisted my knee doing snow removal!! I had no appointment but they took me in and took X-rays to make sure everything was ok!! Really appreciated the time and understanding they took to make sure everything was ok!!

I have seen Jessalyn Brockman in previous years for my knee and again today for my shoulder, she is so knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. She makes going to the doctor easy and comfortable. I highly recommend her!!

This facility is very professional. The Doctor's are caring and professional. They get to the bottom of things and help you get better. If you have complications with your injury they help you to figure out why. They are very friendly to you and just very caring.

Very timely run group of professionals. Dr. Music is one of the most humble, skilled surgeons I’ve encountered. He tells it like it is so I was prepared for the necessary rehab time. There were no surprises. After 5 months of pinched nerve pain the immediate relief was unbelievable!

From the moment I walked into MD West One, I was greeted by a receptionist with a warm smile, which immediately set a positive tone. My wait time was minimal—within about three minutes, a nurse brought me back, took my vitals, and explained that my foot X-ray would be done right away.
The X-ray staff arrived shortly after and were both friendly and knowledgeable. They positioned my foot carefully to ensure the best possible images of my fracture. After returning to the room, I waited only about five to six minutes before the doctor came in to discuss my condition and next steps, making sure I understood everything she was saying
If I could rate MD West One higher than five stars, I would. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family in need of orthopedic care.
