You were able to get me in right away. The doctor seemed very concerned about my discomfort. They got me right in and got x-rays. And found the problem that I was having from my fall. Sent me to get a brace for my leg. But I cannot afford the co-pay so I ended up coming home with no brace. Waiting to hear back from the doctor about what we will be doing for my leg.

Wonderful people and setting and all were so fast and friendly. Did their jobs and acted professionally while still putting everyone at ease. Asked all their questions and did what they needed while giving you, the patient, every opportunity to speak up with any/all questions, concerns and experiences related to your visit while putting you at ease. Dealt with me at my comfort level and made sure I was the center of attn and topic at hand, not letting me leave without making sure every question/concern I had was addressed. I could not have been more at ease as well as my accompanying spouse. My next appt was ready for me and we left after being asked if we had all contact info should we think of anything else we need to ask. They make sure they are available for you and want to be of service to you in any way they can. Great group of people that know how to work together for the benefit of 1 person - you, the patient. They've obviously been doing this long enough to know how to do things right! Great office and staff that truly want to get it done right.

Very efficient. Front staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Dubrow is very knowledgeable and helpful. Doesn’t rush to surgery if there are other good options but if you need shoulder surgery he is the best.

I followed my orthopedic Dr. Dubrow to MD West One because we feel that once you find that trustful Dr you don't start over. Dr. Dubrow is so awesome and will NEVER force you to do anything you don't want to do. He will tell you what needs to be done and when you are ready he will be there.
I have my Primary, foot, back, knee and shoulder Dr's whom I will follow where ever they go if possible.

Fast check in, seen almost as soon as I got checked in, see by Tanner (PA?) who was wonderful, dressing removed, incision checked, answered all my questions. Just very happy with MD West providers and staff. Would highly recommend!!

Front staff at check in and on the phone are always pleasant and easy to engage with. Nurses and radiology technicians are experienced, efficient and listen with kindness. Both Drs I have seen make me feel like an individual with individual needs and treatment plans. I always feel well taken care of. Safe! Very good energy and communication. This has been my second experience with this practice in 3 years with multiple visits. They do truly have a great staff and practice with a high standard of ethics.

Had a traumatic injury to my left hip, breaking my femur. I was admitted to Jenny Edmundson through the ER on Tuesday evening and Dr. Todd Sekundiak perform a total hip replacement on Wednesday evening. The surgery went so well I was able to walk with a walker by Thursday morning! Today I had my first follow up with Amanda Urbanec APRN-NP, she reviewed all the x-rays and assessed my progress. Amanda was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend MD West One, as well as Dr Sekundiak and his team. I felt literally like a miracle of modern medicine.

Their office is really nice. The receptionist was particularly pleasant and helpful. I waited less than five minutes before being shown to a room. Sarah did the initial check-in and then Amanda came in to discuss how I've been doing and check my incision. I felt very well taken care of and they seem to be sincerely concerned about my wellbeing.

My visits to MD West one clinic Council Bluffs are always very satisfactory. I’ve never had to wait very long and today we got there so early that they called us in early and we left there before our actual apartment time. I saw Amanda today and she was polite nice and I had a very comfortable appointment and visit with her. I would certainly highly recommend MD West one.
