Been very disappointed with Zenyum's service overall although I want to preface that their customer service is trying their best. When I first bought my toothbrushes, the parcel took 2 weeks to arrive (supposed to be 3-5 days) due to some error in their courier communication etc. Nvm, things happen.
Now, I'm trying to claim warranty from them because one of my toothbrush became faulty and it's been an arduous process. I emailed them, no reply. Tried WhatsApp - great finally someone that can help. I commend them for assisting me even on weekends. Went through the necessary verification, photos and all that, she told me someone will contact me tomorrow. True enough, they did but they replied my email asking the EXACT questions i answered on WhatsApp (????) - literally verbatim. Nvm, i replied and sent screenshots that i have been cleared to claim my warranty. Next, they asked for my order number and colour - no additional info of "we will send you a new one" etc. Literally the email is just asking for those 2 info so they can help me further. Gave them. No reply. I even followed up again. No reply.
Hence, I WhatsApped them again to check if there's any progress. She tells me then that a replacement has actually been sent (!!) but nobody told me the solution or gave closure to the issue prior to that at all! Dont know what I'm gonna do with the faulty one either. Nvm.. 3 days later, i checked my tracking to see where it's at and it shows that "it attempted to send today but no one was home to receive". Umm.. i got no calls or SMS - no notification whatsoever! Nobody confirmed my details before this so i wouldnt even know if they got the right order!
And thus.. one week later and i still have not received my replacement yet. If i had known the service was like this, I'd rather stick to my bamboo toothbrush.
