T he is was SO MUCH FUN!! I was especially pleased because the assigned attendant advised me of her departure time. I let her know I had a friend arriving late and asked if she could hold tight. Luckily she did and she had a surge of additional users that we also very happy. Great job with meeting and exceeding customer service request!!
