Alex and her team are great. They do a fantastic job and really care about the customers.

I was able to get a drop-off appointment the same morning that I called. They brought a cart to my car, transferred the paper to the cart, weighed the cart and got the shredding started while I paid. They were very friendly and allowed me to stay to watch the shredded paper climb the conveyor into the baler. The price per pound was half what I'd paid at an office supply store, and everything was shredded immediately for much better peace of mind.
