I needed to destroy 23 boxes of miscellaneous paperwork and old bills plus several old laptops in a hurry while closing an estate/selling a house. One call to Paul at the Northbrook, IL office and I had an appointment set for a non-contact pickup of all my stuff within a day or two. I unloaded 720 lbs of paperwork and 24 lbs of electronics with convenient pickup of all from the garage, for just over $300.00 total. Paul called me back with the weight and cost and it was charged to my credit card, and the paid receipt emailed back to me in minutes. No muss, no fuss.
