Very gluten friendly. A lot of gluten free options and they will alter a menu item to make it gluten free if possible. I had the grilled chicken avocado wrap made with a gluten free pita. It was delicious. First place I've ever eaten where all the desserts are gluten free.

My new favorite restaurant, please come to Orlando. The guacamole was perfectly seasoned and so fresh. As for the squash pizza, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. So fresh and light but full of flavor. I will be back.

Ordered on Doordash...omg...the butternut squash pizza is to die for!!! One of my favorite pizzas of all time:) im so glad I found this place!! Try the drinks...not too sweet, which is a nice change from other places:) their Hummus is a good option as well:)

First time diners here this evening! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a memorable evening at your restaurant. We loved the laidback vibe. Everything was great from start to finish! It was a long week and our server Ilma ensured we had a fun and exceptional dining experience. All the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Brought my family and friends to True Foods a couple days of go and they did not disappoint. The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding! We all had a wonderful time!! It was such a delight to be able to choose a restaurant like True Food as a healthier alternative for dinner. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food so much so that there weren't even any left overs to bring home. It was also refreshing to see all staff abiding by the COVID restrictions, my husband were able to sit back, relax and enjoy our meal. We will DEFINITELY be back !
