Great food with flavors that really stand out. Clean, crisp ingredients. The Mediterranean salad with quinoa was delicious, mainly because it had very little lettuce and lots of other ingredients like Kalamata olives, green beans and cherry tomatoes. The Korean stir-fry bowl was also good, with the right amount of heat. Lots of GF choices too!

This place is amazing! I had the roasted cauliflower and the fig and glazed onion flat bread and the Spaghetti quash pizza and 2 lemon drops. At first bite I could taste the freshness and lightness of the ingredients, I was very impressed. This is the first place I’ve been to we’re I ate and didn’t feel like I needed a nap after I ate. I saw a lot of unhappy reviews and I will say this if you do not a have a desire for clean eating this place is not for you because u will not Appreciate the clean , fresh ingredients it’s a breath of fresh air from other restaurants I definitely will be a regular customer! True food kitchen is definitely a game changer for Jacksonville for all the clean food lovers.

I had a fantastic experience here at True Food Kitchen! I sat at the bar and was waited on my Cheyenne, she was sweet and helpful. I got cashew pad Thai and “the medicine man” to drink. The restaurant was clean and tables were cleaned quickly. While the food is on the pricier end of menus, it was well worth it for the experience and taste. I do plan to go back again soon! I think it would be a fun experience with a group of friends so you can all try different foods. I think next time I might also get one of their unique cocktails.

Recommended by vegetarian friends who love it, so we gave it a try. Nice place and friendly service. But we were confused by the menu. I had one of the veggy bowls and my wife had a Pizza. Not happy with either of these choices. Probably won't visit again.

I love love love this concept and so happy to see it here in Jacksonville for those of us who prefer to eat clean. I had the quinoa burger and it was good. My only complaint was that it could have had more hummus and goodies on the inside, it was a little skimpy. For the prices, I would like to leave satisfied. I look forward to returning and trying something different :)

We went with a group of seven after a run, although we called ahead to check how busy they were, when we got there there was a rush. After a bit a of a delay being seated, the graciously GM came over to help us, helped us order some drinks as we waited and seated us outside (which was perfectly fine since it was a nice afternoon). We had a few in and out kioniao burgers some of the seasonal salads with brussels sprouts and some “forbidden root” beet martinis. Very unique and tasty offerings. We will be back. Tip: if you want to book a table don’t call, just make the reservation online.
