I do really like True Food Kitchen, however I am disappointed how scaled down their menu has gotten since the pandemic. Also I think it is a bit over priced ($19 for 2 tacos), but overall you get what you pay for and the food quality is very good. Also a plus is that they have a covered outdoor patio with heaters! Not a bad option for healthier eating in the town center area.

I love this place. The environment is nice, clean, and modern. The food is delicious and healthier than most places. A bit in the pricier side but definitely quality to make up for it. The quinoa bowl is my favorite with teriyaki.

We go to True Food Kitchen every time we come to Jacksonville. The food is always delicious. Last night the grass fed beef burger was over cooked and my Korean noodle bowl was missing sauce and the shrimp was bit over cooked. We will not be deterred and will be back again. Probably a bad night in kitchen

True Food Kitchen is located next to Capital Grille at St. John's Town Center. I like the open layout. Nice and bright! The atmosphere can serve both casual and semi-formal styles. They also have outside seating. True Food Kitchen "merges nutrient-rich ingredients with a flavor-forward menu." The Chicken Tortilla Soup was flavorful and tasted fresh. My wife and I also had the grass-fed burger paired with sweet potato hash and kale (one side split in two) and chicken wrap with kale. Simple and delicious food with fresh ingredients. Healthy and nutritious!

A fresh alternative to the mundane chain style eating. Unique dishes with complex flavor profiles and vegan options make this a must try in the Towncenter.

A bit pricy but you pay for quality and freshness. Good vegan and vegetarian options to compliment their protein selections.

This place is great. Very clean and great staff. Prices were fair and drinks cold. I didn't quite enjoy my chicken wrap, but I really enjoyed my gfs plate which makes me think that their are other delicious selections to be had on their menu. I'll definitely be going back!

Food is really good. Ordered the grass fed burger and sweet orator hash to go for my hubby. I was very disappointed in the to-go size of the hash. Definitely was kid size. I had to stop somewhere to grab an extra side cause was just too small. Only downpoint!

Found this place in a quick trip to Jacksonville. My wife and I eat healthy so we were glad to find a restaurant that takes this seriously. The portions aren't large but they are flavorful. We really enjoyed our meals and the friendly service. When we visit the area again we'll definitely eat hear again.

I had a mushroom soup. Fantastic but I think it could been served hotter. Beers are available but no drafts at this site. Great service though!

Pro's all the food at least seems very healthy. Food and homemade drinks are delicious. Con's everything seems really expensive. They also don't seem to have a lunch menu. Granted I wanted to experience the menu so I ordered a lot. In a party of two we had 2 non alcoholic teas about 3-4 each. Appetizer order of grill cauliflower 9. Some cauliflower green curry soup 9. Teriyaki bowl 18. Fish tacos menu said 22 for some reason we were charged 33. For a total of 77. Plus 7% tax 82.39 plus 20% $100. They are probably more of a 4.5 because the quality is really good, it just sort of falls outside my price range to frequent the restaurant, which is ultimately the reason I had to give it a 4.
