Mike with EcoShuttles was fantastic. He took 55 6th graders on a 3 day journey from Portland, Oregon down to the Oregon Coast. He was on-time (actually, even better, he was always early), professional, patient, flexible, and supportive. He made the trip experience for our 6th graders that much better through his hard work. EcoShuttle has always been so accommodating. Anytime I need last-minute transportation, they have always made room and fit us in. The staff is very friendly and the buses are nice and clean as well. I highly recommend EcoShuttle for your transportation needs.

There really aren't enough great things to say about this Charter and tour company. Every single solitary person on this staff goes out of their way to try and make your event special. The drivers care about your experience and the management tries to attend to all of the little details of the transportation of your event. The buses are clean and the prices are amazing and the flexibility is unparalleled. If you have an event whether it's a wine tour, corporate outing, corporate shuttle 4 just a one-time event where you need to move people from one place to the other, ecoShuttle Charters & Tours needs to be your first call. Their sales department is super friendly, too!

We have used EcoShuttle for several years for our workshops. The booking process and follow up is always flawless, and we've never had a driver or a bus to complain about. The company is serious about safety and offering clean rides. Our most recent driver, Andrei (October 2017) was by all accounts fun, professional and personable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to doing business again with them for the next round!

Mark and his team were a true pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, extremely well organized, and worked with us, giving great advice, to create the perfect shuttle schedule. We used them for our wedding and for brunch the following day, and for each pick-up, they were prompt and kept to the schedule we had previously discussed. We highly recommend booking with EcoShuttle and would certainly book again, should the need arise.

i had previous arrangements with another shuttle company to provide shuttle services for my wedding and 3 days before the wedding, that company told me they were going out of business and left me high and dry. I called Eco Shuttle and spoke with Jackie, explained to her my situation and she was able to set me up with their services on short notice. She was very prompt in getting me a quote that was very reasonable, and had just the right vehicle to transport the 30 people that wanted to ride the shuttle that night. The driver that night was Don. Don was very courteous, professional and prompt. He picked up my patrons at a hotel, delivered them to my wedding venue, safely and on time. He then returned later that night and provided the same great service and safely brought them back to the hotel. I would highly recommend using Eco Shuttle to anyone looking for shuttle services. Thank you once again for coming through for me in a pinch and providing a great service!

Price was competitive, service was great. We used this service for delivering guests from out wedding back to a few houses after the event. The driver was very friendly and accommodating even with some of our more "riled up" guests.

We used 2 shuttles to transports over 700 people throughout the day from a parking lot to a nearby home on the Portland Modern Home Tour. ecoShuttle was fabulous! Not only did they match a competitors rate and join us as a sponsor of the tour (always great to have local businesses involved), but the drivers were courteous, efficient and all-around superb. I highly recommend them if you need a ride somewhere... even if it's for hundreds of people!

We had a great experience with EcoShuttle. We took our staff of 75 on a training retreat outside of town. Ed was very knowledgable and friendly and got me a quote the same day. He helped us figure out the right configuration and had good advice on how to organize the trip. Their pricing was competitive.
The buses were there on time and the drivers were quite cheerful and easy to communicate with. The buses were really clean and comfortable and the trip was smooth. They were also state of the art touring buses with on board bathroom, comfortable seats, carpeting and even video monitors.
I hope we get a chance to use them again. I highly recommend EcoShuttle.

We used EcoShuttle for two field tours while our association was in town for our annual conference. The booking process through Mark was seamless. Mitch, our driver, was professional, easy to work, kind with and extremely knowledgeable. I don't have anything, but good things to say about our experience working with EcoShuttle. If we are ever in need of transport in Portland again we will be giving them a call.

EcoShuttle was good, but not great. We used them as our guest transportation. It was an absolute pleasure working with Brandon. He was so responsive and thoughtful. Additionally, he was extremely helpful for building a good schedule for pick up and drop off. In the evening before the wedding the shuttle driver tried to call me to coordinate the schedule of the shuttle. (Unfortunately, I missed that call during our rehearsal dinner.) Then on the wedding they called me to coordinate pick up and drop off locations for the guests, and our hotel was super responsive and great. The hotel staff helped me to discuss with the shuttle driver where the best place to pick up guests would be due to the shuttle being to tall to pick up in the front of the hotel. Although, there was a mix up with the pick up location and 10 of our guests were left at the hotel. (But in the end they were safely transported to the venue, but we did have to delay the start of our wedding.) On the drop off back to the venue our driver seemed to be driving a bit reckless going over the rumble strips multiple times (which was slightly alarming out in Oregon wine country) and breaking hard at times. None the less, up until the day working with EcoShuttle was amazing, and we are so grateful to them for safely transporting our guests to and from the venue and hotel.

The Driver Rochelle was sweet and competent. She delivered us safely home from our company retreat. However I had to say, the driver on the way up was grumpy, taciturn, and hit one of the retreat staff's car because he couldn't maneuver in the space. It was just a stressful un-fun way to start the weekend.

My company charters a shuttle from this company every week, and it’s always a gamble to see if it’s going to show, if it’s going to break down, if the driver is going to be in a bad mood and start cussing like a pirate, but I will never stop wishing I had just taken an Uber.

Bus driver didn't empty the waste left on the bus that was sitting there for a week. AC stopped working, TV's didn't work, I was having to tell the driver where to find his location from his own company, the other driver also didn't know how to fix the AC, bathroom was flooding, the driver wasn't confident to empty the waste after looking for spots for over an hour of our time, I hope that the customer service is good... will update.
