So far so good. Ruth is amazing! Switched from Molly and Max who kept suggesting the same tests twice and the wrong treatments. Just as an example of how much better this vet is, when the other practice gave us pills and we asked for advice on how to feed them were told "it will be hard", this practice gave us very useful easypill putty that works wonders even without us asking! So strongly recommended as the best around the Fulham/Putney region.

The staff here are friendly efficient and really care for animals. Ruth is great and has been so supportive as we try to stabilise my cats diabetes. Its been a struggle but feel like we're getting there. Her love for her job and animals really shine through and she puts up with my cat hissing her annoyance and disapproval.

We used this surgery for our Burmese kitten, as I saw they were accredited by RCVS. We used the surgery for Bolly’s spaying, and we were impressed as hey showed care for her, beyond what I’d imagined. Equally, they were great when our cat sitter needed to take her in too. Last year, we started the process to move to Australia, and I could not recommend the surgery more highly. From the beginning, they were very helpful, competing all her tests, reassuring us when we were worried about the flight for her, and advising us of any potential issues with paperwork. They went above and beyond, printing forms we needed, and liaising with our pet transport company. Thanks again for all your help.
