I was in a tough situation and my car broke down, I ended up buying a car from Brandon in January 2023. Two weeks later my car was having problems and I called the office and spoke to a woman and she said she would have them call me back. I did get a voicemail and called back but received voicemail. Left a voicemail and never got a follow up or call back to fix the issue. Life continued to happen. Fast forward to now, I tried to get the vehicle repaired and go through the extended warranty that I purchased with the car and ended up buying it for nothing, the repairs are not covered. Now I have 2 cars broken and still paying for it, and still waiting on my vehicle to be fixed. I’m a single working mom and am so disappointed with the outcome. The customer service received when I was going through the process of buying the car was great, I’m just saddened and disappointed about the outcome of no follow through to make it right. This is almost 7 months later after buying my vehicle from them and still without a vehicle.
