As a disabled veteran I look for companies that not only gives their customers discounts but more important their product is worth the value and their customer service is awesome when provided my individuals that really want to work with customers and will go the extra mile in order to fulfill their needs. With all this said. I am here to tell you that I have purchased glasses from different online companies for many years, until I found CA Glasses. Their vast selection in many areas for example; sports, safety and others is very good and their prices way better than others. I bought my safety glasses and they need it to be bifocals and without fogging when working in different temperatures plus to get dark when Im working outside. CA Glasses fully delivered all, and the price and time were and will always be worth the wait. I am very proud and happy for all they do, from customer service to their individuals in the lab. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and the first pair I really loved so I ordered a second pair and they were not made correctly it seems. I tried to contact customer service however a person from the company did reach out to rectify the problem to fix the glasses that have an issue.

Just received the glasses I ordered and am very happy with them. They are of much better quality than what I get from my local optometrist. Allow 4 to 6 weeks to get your glasses from CA Glasses. My local optometrist takes 2 months .

My husband broke the frames of his prescription safety glasses, the new frames went missing in the mail & they sent another set out UPS which we received quickly. The missing set showed up a few weeks later & we were told to keep them as a spare. Great customer service, thanks!

CA Glasses is simply a class act and an excellent, excellent vendor.
There are lots of online glasses sites and it was difficult to find one that even looked reputable. CA Glasses had a high Google rating, so I decided to go for it.
Thanks to COVID 19, I constantly need to wear safety glasses when working in the hospital. I had the cheap ones that just cover your existing glasses. They worked okay but there was an extra layer of refraction and that--plus the dual masks and all the COVID regaliea--added to the discomfort.
I didn't want to break the bank, so I decided to go online for a pair of prescription safety glasses. I opted for CA Glasses and put in the order. The frames and prescription were right, but the size and shape of the frame was not good for progressive lenses.
I emailed customer support, not really expecting much, but Roger Jon promptly emailed me back. They corrected the problem and shipped out the new frames post-haste. Roger Jon handled all queries--I was not warehoused to a different customer service rep. He saw the whole thing through from start to finish.
Given the price of the glasses, I didn't expect all that much. I was 100% wrong--this is a company that obviously takes pride in what they do and puts a premium on customer support. That is incredibly rare today. They took full ownership of the problem from start to finish, which is truly amazing.
If there is a downside to the service it would be that it takes a couple of weeks to make and ship your lenses. Realize, though, that glasses are a precision product. Unless you have an off-the-shelf standard lens, it takes time to obtain the lens, grind it to size, and set it with precision. In our present two-day-shipping culture, a couple of weeks might seem like a long time, but it's a minimal concession. And, let's face it, your local optometrist probably can't do it any faster.
CA Glasses has a wide selection of frames and there are even customer service options to help you choose an appropriate frame--I will definitely avail myself when I order from them again.
I have a great pair of safety glasses which have improved the quality of my day-to-day life without having to break the bank. This was an excellent, excellent experience from an online vendor and I will definitely order from CA Glasses again in the future. This is an A vendor! Highly recommended.

Placed a order for safety glasses to use at a gun range. Didn’t notice the temple size until after placing my order and i saw it was going to be too small. They’re happily assisted me in going their alternative selections, helped me cancel my first order and even provided me with a head strap to swap out the arms for the new glasses that was selected. Their communication was great, timely and friendly. Glasses arrived promptly and fit/feels great. Great experience, great prices, will give them my business again!

I ordered prescription sunglasses for work. They arrived in the estimated 7-14 business days, they are just as advertised . I read a lot of negative reviews after I had already ordered them. Very pleased with the fit and finish of these glasses. Gave 4 stars because I think their website could be more user friendly but other than that I was satisfied with my purchase!

They took a little longer than 2 weeks to get my glasses but Im pleased with the quality and accuracy of my RX so I cant complain.
