I absolutely loved working with Alex Robertson at Underground in Lexington. He was so patient and helpful when I had issues with artwork approval through UK PR, and further when our order could not be screen printed as we had originally ordered it, he was willing to change it to an embroidery for no up-charge. We have used Underground Printing for business for a very long time and have ordered everything from mass orders of T-shirts for our largest events to quarter zips for our board and we have never been disappointed with an order or overcharged. I suggest using Underground for any personalized clothing order whether you are a sports team or a large organization looking to promote your brand!

Love Underground Printing! They are great for custom T-shirt orders that are both affordable and good quality. I never had to worry about my order messing up as if anything happened they were very willing to accommodate. Alex in Lexington is particularly great with customer service!!!
