I would recommend UGP to others in a heartbeat. Michael was also a jewel especially with the UPS issue. The family members loved the T-shirts and were delighted to wear them. Getting my t-shirts from UGP was so easy. I was in a rush to get shirts printed and they worked with me every step of the way. I didn't have to go in until pickup (they do offer shipping) which was really convenient for my busy schedule and were able to print the logo from a picture. I am SO happy with my experience here. I would definitely recommend!
