I've used Gophermods three times for various cell phone/tablet repairs. Everytime they have been simply awesome. Today I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro thinking it needed a $145 repair to replace the charging port. Dylan was working, took a look at and brought it in back. Less than 2 minutes later he was handing my now working cell phone back to me. The charging port had a build up of dirt and dust and he cleaned it out. Working perfectly now. Best of all he did not charge me anything. I will continue to use and strongly recommend Gophermods for repairs.

I visited the store in the Quarry NE Mpls. To get help with my 10 yr old IPad which I could not turn on or off. The young woman behind the counter said it might need to be cleaned. She did so on the spot at no charge. I will get more use from the IPad. She also helped me select the right cover for my wife’s IPad. Great customer service!

We’ve been going to gopher mods since they started in dinkytown. I just stopped into the Eagan location expecting to need a new screen ($159) and the guy pushed a couple of buttons and got the phone working for no charge. I’m bummed they’re no longer in Apple Valley but their excellent service is worth the drive.
