The staff is very helpful and gave me a lot of information. Answered my questions and explained the process of replacing the battery. I appreciated not having to make an appointment.

I went in to get my son’s phone fixed. He happened to break off the tip of the charger and it got stuck inside the port. The guy tried to get it out, but was not able to. He said he could fix it by replacing the port, but he would need to fix it the next day. It cost about $100. I told him to go ahead. I got a phone call the next day by a guy named Joey. He said that he tried to pull out the tip and was successful. He refunded me all the money. I highly recommend this place.
