Our PS5 was not working. After calling around different places and getting the runaround by many, the staff at Gophermods was quick to answer my questions, they were so friendly and informative. Because they are walk-in, I was able to bring my device in right away and literally had it back the next business day. I was so pleased, and so was my son! They do various services so I will definitely check them out for anything else we need in the future.

This is a great repair-shop. Had an issue with the sound on my earpiece on my iPhone and Patrick graciously assisted me in resolving the issue. Also came here a few months back with a Surface Pro with a shattered screen, Gophermods couldn't fix the issue but directed me over to a competitor who did work on them! My girlfriend brought in her iPhone about a year ago to Gophermods when she was having an issue with her battery and Gophermods were very resourceful on helping her find a resolution to get her phone up and running again. Prices are also decent for these repairs. With these three examples I may possibly sound like a commercial, but I can't speak highly enough of Gophermods.

My pad's battery was dead. That was obvious, but they did a complete diagnostic to make sure that was the only thing wrong with it. If there was something more serious, they suggested I might consider my options. There was nothing else wrong and they replaced the battery before the promised date. They cleaned it up very well, so it looked as new as it worked. The other important aspect of my experience was the friendly, but professional, service. They genuinely wanted to help me get the repair and make sure I understood what I was getting done and why to consider doing it.

Came in to get my charging port replaced -- they cleaned it out and it worked -- free of charge !!! 6 stars out of a possible 5. Thank you Gophermods !!!

Had broken the screen on my Pixel 6 Pro. Dylan and Said were professional, personable and provided quick service at a reasonable price. I'll be returning to Gophermods for any future phone issues. Couldn't ask for more.
