The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. She explained important details in a easily absorbed manner, while reiterating the extreme importance of helping saving a life.

I was lucky enough to have a one on one training with Lisa who was very thorough and informative in answering all of my questions.

I found this class when I googled for a BLS class by me. Their site offered different locations that were all near me. It varied on days and times, so I could easily find one that fit my schedule. The sign up and check out process was easy to do right from my phone. The location my class was held at was a PrimeWork, so the area was clean and open, plenty of space to work with. Lisa was my instructor, and was completely energized and helpful during the early morning class. She made everything easy to learn and took the time to review anything I had questions about. Lisa was a real pro and helped me feel more comfortable in being prepared in the future. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Lisa, the trainer, is awesome! She takes the time to make sure you understand everything and is always happy and eager to teach. Definitely recommend going. So grateful for an amazing learning experience:)

I was the only student who signed up for the CPR course last week. Lisa gave me a really clear, thorough, and surprisingly fun individualized lesson. I usually dread having to re-up my certification, but this was surprisingly delightful and I left actually feeling more prepared to respond to an emergency!

I did the combined online with in person skills session with Lisa. The session was on a Sunday morning so the office was closed and there was a little delay with getting the doors open but it worked out great! We utilized our time outside to review the material and the weather was great. When the doors were opened we did the hands on portion in a very nice and comfortable office space. I would highly recommend taking this class through this group!

I was very nervous to do this class but on my arrival to go to the class room I was welcome with so much of concern,I met mrs lisa who was very warm to me and very encouraging we had a very short interview and her teaching me and giving me the guideline of the class was so motivating I really enjoyed the class with mrs lisa,she is very professional in teaching and making you to understand very good.

I just completed BLS training with Lisa and thought her class was great- clear and easy to understand. I‘m so glad I took the CPR course with Donald,It was time well spent. The actual hands on CPR exercise using the adult dummy, infant, and AED in the course material was priceless.
