Always a pleasant experience with them. When I had trouble finding decent food for my picky pup a year ago, I was recommended to visit low country pet. I am glad I did. They are a perfect shop for all my dog food and treat needs. Chunk has a super sensitive stomach that is easily set off, but none of their hand made treats upset him and he goes bonkers for them as well. They have all the ingredients on their label, so I know exactly what he is getting. It’s also nice that they are conveniently located as I plan to continue doing business with them for all of Chunks needs.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would!!! We have been going to Petsmart for as long as we can remember because we didn’t know any better! Ohhh man do I regret it! We have lived here a year and I didn’t know about this Pet Store, my only regret is not coming here earlier but now we know and now we know better! Scott is so knowledgeable with EVERYTHING! He has to teach me a few things . I loved coming here so much the first time I had to come back with my husband and with my puppy, she doesn’t get out as much so she got a little Rowdy and instead of walking her out Scott decided to bring her back with him and man is he the pet whisperer!!! I absolutely love how well my baby was with him. And vice versa , he was so good to my baby and I felt so comfortable with him with my baby. Therefore I started buying their treats that they make in house and fresh!!! I will be coming here until we move again! Love love love!!! If you haven’t been here!!! Come on what are you waiting for??!! You will not regret it!!!

We recently adopted our dog from a local shelter & stopped in to get supplies. We were overwhelmed, but Scott was so helpful and patient with us! Let's first start with saying LCP has AMAZING customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott about my dog and cats. I spend a lot of time in Savannah going to the big box store, but I'm wanting to shop local! This is the perfect place for all my animals needs.
Scott was so helpful on getting me treats that both my cats and dog can eat. No more buying separate treats unless I want too. They also make a lot of the treats in house! Which I absolutely love. I can't wait to get back in to get the dog food that was recommended for my doodle.

A few months back we made the switch to Low Country Pet for all our dogs needs (we have 3, 1 being a senior dog). Scott and John we extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through the product lines they offer. They took notes on the individual needs of each of our dogs, and helped me narrow down what may be causing some of their alignments. I left armed with knowledge, high quality dog food, as well as a few supplements to try. Scott even threw in dog treats and a sampler bag of over 10 different products!
It’s been about 3 months now, and we have seen a very marked difference in our pets alignments. We successfully, with Scott and John’s help, figured out that beef and chicken were the culprit. Today I stopped in to pick up supplies, and as always Scott and John were extremely pleasant. I can’t express how grateful we are to have them here in the Hill!

Scott and John are absolutely AMAZING! I run a dog training organization and deal with hundreds of dogs. Many of our dogs have allergy and skin issues. Scott takes the time to research all of the food in order to recommend what he thinks is best for the certain conditions that the dog has. Multiple dogs of mine have gone from needing allergy shots to not needing medication and getting their allergies under control. They are truly a blessing to our little community and Richmond Hill ❤️❤️❤️
