We had an RN named Nan. I’m not sure I’ve met a better nurse. She was super competent and came up with a great plan with our telehealth doc (we think her name was Kelly - she was also excellent!). Nan listened attentively to all our concerns and was able to administer the appropriate care and reassure us. She even followed up the next day. She came through when we needed her and we were able to avoid the ER. We will never forget her. Thank you Nan!!!

I had to get a hydration IV while in El Paso, and the Mobile Therapy IV service was right on time to help me out. Made the appointment and Danielle provided the service the next day, and I was good to go afterwards. I was referred about the service and wasn’t disappointed. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about Britney at Pure IV! I had been suffering from nausea and vomiting for almost 24 hours and kept thinking I would eventually pull through on my own, but I was feeling absolutely miserable. Britney came out within the hour and got me hooked up to an IV, and she was truly a lifesaver.
She was kind, professional, and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly she was able to come out and help me when I really needed it. If you’re feeling awful and need IV therapy, I highly recommend Britney!

Danielle Pace from the El Paso branch was great! Besides being very professional and knowledgeable, she was very patient and kind. Not only did she administer the IV seamlessly, but she happily kept me company and had a good conversation while waiting for the IV to finish. She also provided me with professional advice about my situation and gave me good pointers on what I could do to help with my recovery.
